Because babies do not come with an instruction manual, we are here to help you! If you are interested in becoming the best parent possible for your child, we provide programs to help you succeed as a parent. Remember, even planned pregnancies can be overwhelming; we have helped many in your situation.
KIDBITS Parenting Classes
KIDBITS is a program designed to be easily incorporated into the schedules of our existing pregnancy clients or outside clients from other referral sources. We utilize a fun, light-hearted educational video series that covers a variety of parenting topics. Clients will now be able to schedule individual times to meet with mentors to watch the short videos together and then discuss the review questions provided with each session. Only one hour is needed for each session. Regular classes provide opportunities to build long-lasting relationships. Topics include “Safe from the Start”, “To Be a Father”, “Your Healthy Baby”, “The First Years Last Forever” and more.
Are you a young father in need of a mentor or do you know a young man who could use a mentor? Our educational mentoring program, called The Joseph Project, partners experienced fathers with new dads to address the excitement, fears, frustrations and concerns every new dad faces. This program is designed to help you be the best father you can be. The Joseph Project is a program that helps build up and instill strength, responsibility and morality to the young men who come through Choices.
